Criollo: pure elegance.

The Domori revolution in its highest form:
Chuao: an extremely rare variety of cacao Criollo cultivated in the Hacienda San José since 2002. The beans, totally white, yield a very mild and round chocolate with hints of milk cream, honey and dried fruit.
Puertomar: "Tavoletta d'oro 2009"(Golden bar 2009), that confirms the primacy of 2008 as the best Cru: notes of cream, spices, almond, cherry preserve. Excellent mildness and roundness.
Porcelana: notes of bread, butter and preserve for an exalting roundness.
Puertofino: notes of caramel, tobacco, walnuts, papaya, underbrush, mushrooms and dates: a veritable symphony.
Javablond: notes of tobacco, red fruits, smoked notes and notes of underbrush. Pungent with great persistence and mildness.
Canoabo: milk cream, dates and almonds. Extraordinary roundness and great persistence.
