It is an infectious enthusiasm involving cultivators, production technicians, distribution network, media, customers.

Cocoa Culture.

The mission of Domori is Cocoa Culture, which in our opinion means respect and revival of noble cocoa in its powerful expression.

Our keen desire was the rebuilding of cocoa world, with all the 5 senses involved both into the tasting moment and into its socio-cultural aspects.

Homologation of taste means homologation of man and nature. We fought the good fight against extinction of noble cocoa species and of their natural habitat, rainforest, and that means fighting for human dignity and faculty to choose.

This is the reason why we devote ourselves to put aromatic cocoa back to its role into the international market, considering that chocolate extra, composed exclusively by cocoa paste and sugar, is comparable to a glass of precious wine or a cup of espresso: just close your eyes and enjoy it slowly.
